Step 1: Think before you start writing:This is the first step of blog or article writing. In this step you have to find out the answer of some question like what do want to write, what is yours targeted audience (people for whom you are writing the content), what is the purpose or outcome of yours blog.
Step 2: Read Content: Read the content regarding topic, selected in previous step. More you read more you get. It is easy to write the content when you have sufficient knowledge. it is found that more effective yours content is more people attract towards your's blog.
Step 3: Prepare the structure: It is found that structure content or thing seems more beautiful in comparison to unstructured content. Structure tells about the layout in which you are going to put the content. It also provide readability to content which good for SEO. The basic structure which i use first introduction, then Body and finally conclusion.
Step 4: Use proper Heading: Headings provide structure the whole page.Heading helps Google to identifies the main topics of long post and therefore can help in ranking yours post. It not just for increasing readability, but for SEO as well. You should use subheadings to lead people, help them to read your page, and clarify the structure of your articles. Make sure of this thing use keywords in some of yours subheading, but not in every one because that seem to be unnatural and irritating.
Step 5: Prepare paragraph: Every one has the habit to start the sentence from next line because it increase the appearance of of content. it is not a good thing try to write the contents in paragraph. Make sure of this thing there is proper reason of creating paragraph.
