The basic function of information system is to provide information after processing the data proved by the user as per the requirement of organization.

b) Explain the concept of EDI?         

Answer 

EDI stands for electronic Data Interchange. It used for exchanging information between to organization in an standard format using internet. 

It is basically three steps process

Step 1: Take the Information to be  transfer as a input and covert them into the standard format.

Step 2: The converted data is transferred to the receiver over the internet.

Step 3: Received data is further covered backed to required format form standard format at Receiver.                     

c) What are WWW policies in Cyber Security?

WWW stands for World Wide Web and Cyber Security is censured about potential threat that is happening through internet.  

There are various risk associated internet like

• The software or documents  download over the internet may contain virus. 
• The user can able to open a website that contain offensive materials.
• Any copyright software or content can be provided to other unauthorized person.
• Some commercial or personal Advertisement should be provided company website.       

WWW polices has been defined to avoid such risks. there are following policies for WWW:

• No confidential should be provided through WWW.
• No harassing or offensive material should be provided through official website.
• No virus  should be distributed through website.
• No unauthorized  access should be made through website.

d) What are Email Security policies? 

Answer

Emails stands for electronic mail. It is used for sharing information and document through internet. Some people using emails for communication purpose and some of then are using it steeling some one sensitive or confidential data, harass other user, for exploring wrong or phishing links, fake ads.

Email Policies are certain rules users have to follow while using emails. according to rules
