Step1: Insert the Pen drive in the Computer (कंप्यूटर में पेन ड्राइव लगाएं) you will see the interface like this
After clicking on properties you will see the interface like this (properties पर क्लिक करने के बाद आपको कुछ इस तरह का इंटरफ़ेस दिखाई देगा)

Step 4: After Step 3, In this interface we have three option,
1.do not use this device which is the default option
2.Dedicate this device to Ready Boost
3.Use this Device
out of these option we have to focus on option 2: Dedicate this device to Ready Boost and Option 3: Use this Device, if you want to use complete pen drive as a RAM then choose option 2 otherwise you can go for option 3, in which we have option to set the size of storage that you want to use as a RAM
